Preparation:
- Take a mutton curry, cut and marinate with red chilli, salt and ginger garlic paste.
- Then take a lagan put ghee garam masala, add sliced onion cook it until brown, add ginger garlic paste.
- Add marinated mutton cook it 30-40 minutes.
- As soon as mutton becomes tender put red chilli, coriander, garam masala, dry ginger powder, curd and tomato puree.
- Finish with souf powder and then serve.
