Grilled Lobster

Preparation:    

  • Clean Lobster thoroughly under cold running water.               
  • Put it in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.               
  • Take out from water and keep aside to cool it down. Once it's cold split it from the bottom and marinate it with lemon, garlic, pepper, salt and mustard.
  • Grill it with some oil and little butter to give it some extra flavour.               
  • On another side, in a pan cook some garlic, shallots and cream to make lemon butter sauce.(Add wine first and then add lemon juice to it in the end)
  • Serve it hot with mashed potato and butter tossed Asparagus.               
  • Garnish with chopped pasrley.

Ingredients:

  • Lobster - 500gm   
  • Garlic - 10 gm   
  • shallots - 10 gm   
  • salt as required   
  • Black pepper - 1tsp   
  • Dijon Mustard - 5 gm   
  • lemon - 2 no.   
  • White wine - 30 ml   
  • Cooking Cream - 45 ml   
  • Thyme - 5 gm   
  • Nutmeg - a pinch   
  • Parsley - 5 gm   
  • Mash Potato - 45 gm   
  • Asparagus - 45 gm   
  • Butter - 15 gm   
  • Olive Oil - 10 ml
