Ragi Uttapam

Preparation:

  • Soak all ingredients for 6 hours.                
  • Then make a paste and keep it for fermentation.               
  • Pour over the hot plate in a round pancake shape.               
  • Add some onion, coriander, tomato, chilli to it and flip it upside down.               
  • Cook it for a while and serve it hot with sambar and chutney.   

Ingredients:

  • Ragi - 100gm   
  • Urad Dal - 50 gm   
  • Chana Dal - 10 gm   
  • Methi Seed - 2 gm   
  • Salt as required   
  • Corinder - 5 gm   
  • Tomato - 10 gm   
  • Green Chilli - 5gm   
  • Onion - 15 gm
